Summary

My specialty pharmaceutical client has experienced double and triple digit growth every year since 2001.  With over 600 employees worldwide and almost a 1 Billion dollar valuation is now expanding and looking for a chief business officer based in shanghai who can manage all global commercial in and out licensing, mergers and acquisitions and tech transfer.   This position plays an an integral role in expanding their portfolio globally.  The company is also going public in the next 6 months on the Hong Kong stock exchange and you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages.  You will also be a key member of the executive management team and have oversite of all business related decisions for the company globally.  Reports dirrectly into the CEO and have 20+ direct reports. CBO Job Summary:

Requirements (Qualifications)

Person needs to be based in shanghai and speak Cantonese or Mandarin and will need to be able to travel internationally (USA, Asia and Europe).  Huge upside that includes equity and s/o.
